Activities

Antiquing
Antiquing

Antiquing, also known as scrying, was introduced in the Greymoor Chapter and has become one of the primary ways of getting furniture for home decorating. In addition, antiquing provides a nice relaxing diversion from many of the more intense aspects of gameplay and, can be a good source of gold.

Crafting
Crafting

While crafting can be easily overlooked as a viable activity within ESO, there are some elements of this activity that can earn you some nice gold.  Of course, to be successful at this you will need to find the high-end furniture recipes as pretty much everyone will be crafting their own low-end stuff. Successful crafters will be able to craft furnishing and select food & beverage items to sell through the guild traders for a tidy little profit.

It should also be noted that getting certified and doing your daily crafting writs (available from level 6) is one of the easiest sources of gold income in the game. A level 50 character with the first passive in each crafting line will average 31.5k to 35k gold per week. And, a maxed-out account can generate  630k per week plus Legendary Refining Mats which can sell for up to 500k each! Don't overlook the value of doing your daily writs.

Events
Events

There are, generally speaking, monthly events within ESO. While many view these events as nothing more to get massive amounts of treasure, they are also a superb way to complete content that is otherwise to difficult (e.g.: World Events and Zone Bosses). In addition to the treasure and content completion, many events also offer double experience, and some offer access to content tied to that event (i.e.: Exorcised Coven Cottage) and/or double resourcing. For full details click on an event below:

Resourcing
Fishing & Resourcing

This is perhaps one of the largest and most lucrative activities within ESO and has been known to consume entire days of gameplay. Players can spend the entire day running from one fishing hole to the next, or traveling around one or more zones within the game as they gather Alchemy Ingredients for potions; Blacksmithing, Clothing, or Woodworking materials for weapons and armor; Foods for provisioning, Runes for enchanting; or Precious Ores for making jewelry. Some of these gathered resources can sell for thousands of gold per unit.

Of course, if you want to go fishing you will need to acquire some bait. Bugs, crawlers, and small animals are a good source for all but saltwater bait, which you will collect from Zombies and picking Alchemy Ingredients. And since you will need a different bait for each type of fishing hole (Lake, River, Saltwater, Foul) you will want to keep your eyes open

Group Content
Group Content

Our guild defines 'Group Content' as -- Any content which requires a group of players for normal play and completion. So, for our purposes, Trials, Dungeons, and World Bosses fall into this category. Whether 'Normal' or 'Veteran', it is all group content.

Housing
Housing

Do you have more in-game money than you know what to do with? Then housing is your answer! Getting into the Housing scene will keep you constantly scrabbling to get more money, more antique leads, and more time to play the game. Yep, this is without a doubt the most time-intense activity you can get into in ESO. If fishing and resourcing with eat up entire days of gameplay, this will eat up your entire week or even month. Housing will drain your bank account and send you out to get more gold just to get that perfect look.

Of course, all that said, housing can be a nice relaxing way to spend a day (or 10) within the game while BSing with your friends on discord or even text chat if you must. With more than 50 houses to choose from and thousands of pieces of decore, the fun will never end.

RP
Role-playing

When considering this activity it is important to consider the real meaning of the term "Role-Play".

an activity in which people do and say things while pretending to be someone else or while pretending to be in a particular situation

For the purpose of this guild, we will be focusing on the "Pretending to be someone else" portion of the definition. Our situation will always be defined by the game. A true Role-playing Game, an RPG, is about creating an entire personality and background for your character and developing the character in such a way that his or her background is evident by the choices your character makes.  Everything, from the clothes they wear to the skills they learn, should be a reflection of their background and their core values.

In developing your character for an RPG, any RPG, you should ask yourself... Who is this person I'm creating? ... What are their core values? ... How are they different from me? You should never force your character down a path that doesn't fit who they are. Instead, they should lead you down a path of their choosing!

In short, Role-playing is not about finding the quickest, easiest way to beat the story or about putting your character into unnaturally forced situations or positions, it is about exploring who you are and allowing yourself to be your character.  Remember, if your character isn't revealing something unexpected to you about yourself, then you may not be playing them to their fullest potential.

Social
Social

Do you yearn for the company of other people? Do you yearn for the sound of people talking? Do you love the sound of your own voice? Does sitting alone in front of a screen listening to the sound of silence make you want to scream? Or do you just enjoy being a part of a larger group working together as a team (notice there is no 'I' in that word) to accomplish something great and monumental? Do you just want to belong? Then social activities are the answer! Get together with your guildmates on our discord whether you are looking to do things within the game or just visit with someone other than yourself.

Trading
Trading

For some people, in-game trading is as relaxing as a stroll down the summer beach at sunset while a gentle breeze blows in from the ocean and waves lap gently alongside their feet. What do they find so relaxing about trading? The buying and selling of resources in the game? The hunt for that unexpected treasure? We have no clue, but we suspect they just like to shop! That said, these can be exciting and will allow you to while away many an hour running from place to place.

Questing
Questing

Questing... is the quintessential starting point of any RPG. Whether exploring dungeons, discovering new lands, helping the less fortunate or less capable, or setting an injustice right, without questing RPGs simply would not exist! And every good RPG needs a wide variety of quests to keep the player's interest. ESO delivers this in spades, there are literally hundreds of quests throughout Tamriel giving you hundreds of hours of gameplay. So much so, that you'll probably get bored of questing and find other interests in the game before you run out of quests to do! Moreover, questing is a great way to find out more about the world of ESO.
